To whom it may concern. State of Road and Potholes On corner of Mill Street Kidlington outside 119/123/and shops. There are numerous potholes that are very dangerous for cars cyclists and pedestrians. They are full of water and as the path is very narrow this matter is causing a lot of problems I have a 91 year old father and its impossible for him to safely walk out of drive. During a frost both the Small path and the Road are extremly hazardous we had 3 people fall!! The state of the Road -which has been patched many many times is terrible. Please can you expedite this I personally think the road needs not just fixing temporarily but resurfacing completely.
