Overgrown ivy blocking half a narrow pavement.

Pavement halved due to overgrown ivy in residents garden. Pavement is already narrow running alongside a very road through Chesterton. If walking dog/s or pushing a child in a chair, we have to go to the edge of the pavement in close proximity to passing cars, as the hedge hangs over the wall halving the section of pavement.
