Blocked ditch / gulley causing water flow over road

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7248883.

A new field entrance has been created near the dirt house pub, this has blocked the ditch meaning that during periods of bad weather water now flows over the road causing flooding on the opposite side of the road where the surface is lowest, this is now resulting in bad potholes on that side of the road.
