Leaking pipe under road

There is a pipe which is leaking, causing constant water to be in the road, wall is getting damaged and it is dangerous for pedestrians, when icy it’s very slippy and when walking past it you get extremely wet from cars driving past. It has been like this for months so please can someone do something about it please
