There is a metal either drain cover in the middle of the road that is so loose every vehicle that drives over it makes a very loud noise.

The metal cover is very obviously broken or shifted as the loud noise is made with every vehicle that passes it. I can’t hear it and I live on Christina Terrace. So many vehicles use this road you can’t imagine the constant loud clacking sound as they drive over the loose cover. Please fix this. I am surprised if others have not reported this vey loud noise with every passing vehicle driving over it. It is located outside number four but on the road Cumberland basin road just as the road bends to join Humphrey Davy Way. This has been going on for months now.

This drain keeps me up at night and I can't get sleep which is really affecting me. This needs to be fixed immediately. The drain is positioned right on the path that car wheels pass over so every car going past at night makes a loud clanging sound on the metal drain cover.
