Speeding bicycles

Sent to Richmond upon Thames Borough Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7243096.

All too often too many bicycles speed along this footpath with no intention of slowing down for people, young children or dogs. Today had verbal abuse from a cyclist because we were in the way!! Just walking along with our dog. I think it’s important that big signs are put up to show cyclists need to give away to all other users on the footpath

Updates

Speeding bikes and electric bikes is unacceptable along the towpaths. Vast majority of cyclist don't realise that they HAVE to giveaway to people and animals.
