Blocked Drain/flooding behind 38 Market Place, Hingham

Blocked drain causing flooding, the constant pool of water has caused and continues to cause damage to the wall of the building.This problem has been reported over and over again for many years.

  • This was one of many complaints about this problem - the length of time it has taken for Norfolk County Council to fix the blocked drain has caused damage to the wall of my garage.
