Fallen tree outside 63 Broad Walk, on 24/01/25 pulled up pavement when it fell during storm Éowyn. Council attended, cut up and disposed of fallen tree, but left large loose stump on verge beside significant portion of lifted asphalt pavement. This is a thoroughfare for school children at both Gorsey Bank Primary and Pownall Hall schools and is causing a significant hazard.
