Drainage problems. Potholes

Sent to Hampshire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7237906.

Drainage is higher than the road, as well as blocked. Road has been flooding and freezing since around November. The roads now littered with potholes. Some half effort has been made on a couple of potholes but it makes things worse as it freezes the next day and blows out all over the road. From the reading Road Junction for about 50 metres down Marsh Lane
