Sent to Rhondda Cynon Taf Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7237600.

Cars parked all around round about, council said it’s classed as a proper round about yet cars parked on it, when all cars are there it’s ridiculously tight to fit around, no delivery vans or emergency services would be able to get around, even driving a car around is hard work!
