Copper beech hedge along side public path not cut down.own

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7236655.

Public hedge not cut back last year . I flagged this up last May but nothing done. The problem is that as the Summer comes, the hedge and briars inside it will grow again across the footpath and become an obstruction and a danger.
