Hedge Obstructing Footpath

At the School Road end of the tarmacked path to Mill Street, the hedge on the right is now covering more than half of the path making people walk in the mud on the left. This is particularly difficult for those with buggies or in a wheelchair. Previously reported on CAMS but was advised this path is the responsibility of OCC Highways.
