Huge area of deteriorated tarmac

Sent to Richmond upon Thames Borough Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7234937.

There is a large area of tarmac that has now created a road that is verging on dangerous to cycle over as one needs to change the path of ones bicycle. The best route is towards the centre of the road and obviously, this can be dangerous due to passing cars.
