Large pot holes (again) outside the school. On in the middle of speed bumb. Children cross the road all along this road to go to school. You fix pot holes almost every month. The issue us the road is badly deteriorating. As you have tight budgets it would surely be better value and more efficient re retarmac the whole road the full length of cranberry lane. Is this what you are considering in your transformation plan. Do the job once and do it properly and to last.
