Very high manhole

Sent to Hampshire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7231440.

The road just after you enter Byron Close is horrendous and if caught unexpected could easily throw a cyclist or damage a vehicle. There is a high area including a manhole. Years ago it was marked out for action but nothing ever happened.

  • Been tackled and, whilst not perfect, it's much improved. Hopefully the job will be finished with removal of barriers etc left on the roadside

  • Sadly, as usual, nobody finishes the job by removing signage, fencing etc but H C C have the audacity to mark the state as 'closed'.
