Unfinished job

Sent to Hampshire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7231410.

Yet again it seems a job cannot be finished. Months ago a sign on the island in the middle of the road was replaced following an accident. Nobody has ever returned to remove fencing/sign.
