Brick wall fallen down next to pathway

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council and South Oxfordshire District Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7229209.
The brick wall along the side of the pathway going toward the river has fallen down. Wallingford Town Council have erected Heras fencing to make the area safe but have explained it is not their responsibility.
