Conifer Trees in Garden (Chaucer Close) Obstructing Traffic Lights on Howes Lane

There are large conifer trees growing over the fence from Chaucer Close which are obstructing the red light on the traffic lights at the junction of Howes Lane & Shakespeare Drive. In a car there is not too much of a problem, but lorries appear to be unable to see the red light as they approach the junction and are regularly driving through the junction on red.
