Flooding when it rains

Everytime it rains this area floods, to the road and pavement as well the the Spa car park. This is a main road and I saw two poor families soaked on their way to the nursery by cars who were travelling along and the spray of the puddle.

This spreads so far and deep that the dropped curb in under water which means vulnerable, disabled and pushchairs cannot safely cross the road leading to Lewis house.

This is not a new issue, it’s been months and no action has yet been taken. Please can you resolve as soon as possible as the new flats planned in the area will only add to the problem as they’ll be even less space for the water to drain to.
