Crater rather than pothole

Sent to Hampshire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7226882.

Crater has formed - maybe collapsed drain. Several cars have had blow outs from it and damage to wheels. It is on a 60mph stretch of road. If cars avoid they are pushed into oncoming traffic
