The man at number 7 Garrard Close Luton is running a mechanics repair from his address we are often left with many vehicles parked outside our properties for days none of which are recognisable by DVLA as they have Polish number plates no each property at this development has parking for 2 cars he has had a go at most of the neighbours for occupying these spaces as he needs them for his vehicles
