Drain between 33 & 33A blocked with dirt to top

When The Moors was dug up a few years back for gas works, the construction company responsible piled the ditch dirt over the drain grate. It is still filled to the top. I wrote SGN, but had no response. I spoke with several men working on the manhole across from 27 The Moors and was told, 'Not my problem, mate.' My flooded neighbour suggested I alert this site.
