Sent to East Hertfordshire District Council and Hertfordshire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7226025.

A massive road maintainance hole has been left unlit and fully exposed by the removal of the safety barrier around its edge. Anyone coming around the corner in the dark is at risk of serious accident. This is urgent.
