Ev cable running on public footpath adjason to 23 wear

Electric vehicle cable is placed on a public footpath (with some kind of cover on it) and connected to the vehicle parked on a public road. This is a high voltage hazard to local community where kids are running around or riding their bikes. It’s also a trip hazard at night.
