Large newly formed pothole URGENT

2 weeks ago I noticed my bed would shake when buses and other large vehicles drove by. I've been trying to figure out why and been very concerned about it. I believe this newly formed pothole to be the cause. This requires urgent attention as it is affecting my quality of rest.
