Illumination of no entry sign not working

Sent to Tower Hamlets Borough Council 2 minutes later. FixMyStreet ref: 721991.

The no entry sign at the southwest corner of the Millharbour / Marsh Wall junction is not illuminating as it should and as the opposite no entry sign does.
