Poor quality cycle lane

Sent to Liverpool City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7215045.

New cycle lane on Catherine Street. It runs between bus stops and the road. Narrows to inches at various points. Has bollards in it. Surface keeps changing. Well-intentioned but poorly executed.
