Bushes in front of property overgrown

Reported via mobile in the Tree Requires Pruning category anonymously at 17:40, Sunday 2 March 2025 using FixMyStreet Pro

Sent to Bromley Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7213732.

The bushes in front of 9 and 11 magpie hall lane are severely overgrown and now starting to block light out of my property at 11 magpie hall lane. Can these be pruned like my neighbours have been.
