Leamington Road is used to park multiple cars to sell

There are several cars parked on this road that are for sale. The business owner is using the road as a fort to store his/her cars while they sell. This is adding to the already congested road conditions due to illegal parking of highway construction vehicles. These cars are parked on the footpaths making it impossible for wheelchair and pram users to walk on the footpaths, forcing them to move out onto a dangerous road. Urgent action is needed as the number of cars is for ever rising. This route is also heavily used by school children and residents from the care home on Leamington Road.
