Path cracked and uneven

The path along the front of the Harwell houses are terrible. My father is disabled and uses a walker which catches on all the bumps and dips in the path. I did report this a long time ago and someone came and put a bit of concrete down which wasn’t level with the path and someone cycled across it when it was wet so now has ridges in it.
