Road markings worn away

Reported in the Roads/highways category anonymously at 20:53, Thu 26 November 2015

Sent to Gateshead Borough Council 2 minutes later

Road markings down the centre of the road are so worn away they are practically non existent. when travelling from LAmesley/Kibblesworth end of Greenford Road to the Durham County Border. It is easy to work out when you cross the border into Durham as the road markings reappear. This is an totally unlit road and either road marking or cats eyes need to be put in

There is also quite a few potholes that need repairing and also even with the tiniest amount of rain the road tends to have a lot of standing water as drains are not cleared of debris therefore the water that runs of the fields at either side of the road is unable to drain away properly
