Sent to Enfield Borough Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7210523.

Bin near Sainsbury's and one near bus stop further up full and overflowing.

One near Penridge and outside Barbers empty so these bins have either been missed or there is an issue with over use or abuse of these two bins.
