Overgrown bushes, dangerous branches protruding

Sent to Brighton and Hove City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7210443.

Please can someone attend to inspect and arrange for the cutting back of bushes with protruding and dangerous branches? I almost lost an eye to one of them as I walked along the pavement near to where there is a bridge. I noted that these don't appear to be in anyone's garden.
