Broken and dangerous bench

This bench is outside the health centre, by the East St bus stop. It is at the top of an incline which causes elderly people to get out of breath. It is not easy to see the broken seat, and I have twice stopped people from sitting on it and maybe coming to grief. It needs to be de-commissioned urgently, and then repaired or replaced as soon as possible before someone has an accident. One lady said it had been like that since before Christmas
