Path is a mess and unsafe

Footpath from Bailey Crescent to Ballard Chase/Hanson Close is just not accessible. I want to use the bus and currently walk with crutches. I can't use the path as it's muddy and slippery. I have to walk the long way round via Boulter Drive which makes it a bit too far to walk. Families use this path to the school and they must be so dirty by time they have walked this way. It's nicely lit so it is a shame the path isn't very accessible to all.
