Illegal parking

Sent to Hull City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7206407.

I would like to complain regards to cars being parked down de la pole avenue that doesn't have parking permits and we believe are bought at auction and sold privately so the street is now becoming a car park the people who drive them reside at number 90 de la pole avenue as they don't have permits what else don't they have also the work on them late at night reving the engines causing noise they also park across paths and fire breaks and quite honestly we are fed up
