Sent to Norfolk County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7203871.

Unable to use foot path due to abandoned vehicles blocking the path, as well as rubbish / sharp rusty metal spilling over on to the path. The path is mainly unlit meaning you have to walk on a 40mph road to pass this area.
