Branches and leaf debris blocking drains

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7201331.

On the northbound side of Banbury rd from the golf club down to the park and ride, there is a lot of branches and leaves that have fallen this winter causing two issues. The pavement is tricky to cycle on and the debris is narrowing the pavement- could it be cleared? Second, it's building up a lot on the edges of the road and blocking some of the drains. The other side of the road (southbound, into Oxford) the edge of the road is washing away.
