This path is a throughput for children commuting to school it is flooded and muddy.

Requires gravel/tarmac surface to prevent this issue from reoccurring

This location is still a swamp especially in wet weather. School children and commuters have no way to avoid being covered in mud whilst trying to use this as a throughfare.
