Sent to Leeds City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7199209.

Moorland cres,drive and avenue,leaves and branches from trees belonging to the council are blocking gutters and drain covers when it rains its causing problems with eccess water traveling down hill the council used to clean gutters drains etc they dont seem to have been does for some time
