Large chunk of road surface missing around drain cover

Sent to Hampshire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7198716.

Opposite number 18 old winton Road is a drain cover. The area outside of this is missing causing a pothole. It is difficult to avoid if people park opposite and worse if not tight to the kerb as you could hit their car by avoiding the damaged road surface.
