  • Still all there, new rubbish being dumped and piling up. A hopeless council still not doing anything.

  • Still not fixed, the council blamed the Elderpark Housing Association, while the Elderpark Housing Association have confirmed in no uncertainty the land is owned by the council and is the councils responsibility. This is becoming a complete farce and the Glasgow City Council are a disgrace.

  • FMS user:

    Don't know the area.

Is it the strip of land bounded by 134 Elder St and 23 Elder Park Gr?

Streetview shows the trees there are maintained.

GCC land maintenance map does not include this stretch of land.

This one for an MSP to resolve.

  • The pile is growing bigger and still not even a response from the council. No action. Silence.

  • - "Is it the strip of land bounded by 134 Elder St and 23 Elder Park Gr?" - Yes it is.

    - "Streetview shows the trees there are maintained." - It is not being maintained, the council have not touched it in years.

    - "GCC land maintenance map does not include this stretch of land." - On the Open Space Map of Glasgow it is listed as Amenity Greenspace and is therefore maintainable by the city council.

Still no action has been taken.

  • -- On the Open Space Map of Glasgow it is listed as Amenity Greenspace and is therefore maintainable by the city council.

That green space seems to defined in 2.7 from this document:

Which gets it's classification from this document:

The ownership is interesting once you look at the NLS map:

The boundary is pretty much straight from the old engineering works.
