Automatic email response from Southampton City Council - no reply option, indicated some response would be made within 5 days - so far ....... nothing more! problem has got worse as more motorists see the possibility of free parking with nothing being done about it. So much for safe public spaces!

No response from city council except the initial automatic acknowledgement of the original complaint. Situation has got worse - seeing that nothing has been done more cars are being parked in the space - now 6 cars and 2 motorbikes. ironically public car park (120) spaces is only 20 metres away - but you have to pay!
