Disintegration of road on side of lane

Sent to Bromley Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7194042.

There are 2 areas along this stretch of road where the road is disintegrating on the side of the lane. It is on a blind bend and hard to avoid without driving into the middle of the lane. There was a car accident here the other night where a car ended up on its side. Please repair these two areas of road as a matter of urgency.
