3 deep big potholes in centre of road

Sent to Cardiff Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7193838.

These potholes have been here before, ans been fixed, but now they are back, so the "fix" wasn't good enough. very deep and large enough to do serious tyre damage
