Blocked storm drain

This month has been here months. I believe there is a storm drain amongst it which is permanently blocked. This leads the water overflowing across the road. When it's not completely blocked, this mud is flowing down to all the storm drains and consequently they all get blocked at some point. Currently the drains are blocked further down bow brickHill which I have also reported. Bow brickHill really needs a schedule of drain cleaning all winter from Autumn time onwards. This would save all the cost on individual callouts for blocked drains and the pothole and road repairs that are a consequence of leaving the drains blocked.
