Leaking/blocked storm drain

This problem has been here since before Christmas and has been reported several times by several people. This is leaking across someone's driveway and all down the road and we'll cause the road to crack if left much longer. Anglian water have been out and said it is not their drain, it is a storm drain and it is blocked with mud. As it's council property they are not allowed to touch it or clear it. Please schedule cleaning of all the storms in bow Brickhill, we have had so much rain. The mud is pouring off the hill and blocking all the drains constantly this winter. Unfortunately one thing gets reported and wondering gets done but this just moves the problem and does not solve the problem they all need doing on a regular basis throughout the winter. In the long run, it saves the problems of repairing the roads if you just clean the drains.
