Following the below standard resurfacing work along blackthorn road when the camber was changed AND roadside gulleys were covered over, the local side said along blackthorn road opposite the new development are suffering from pooling water and thereby excessive splashing by passing cars. THERE IS NO SURFACE WATER ON THE DEVELOPMENT SIDE!!!
