Enfield council have no frontline services. And so residents are behaving how they please. The borough is lawless and are trees are being decimated by both the council and residents at a time of such environmental fragility. The residents of Winchmore Hill road number 141 have eroded all of the grass verge and decimated the street tree that they are using to store great slabs of heavy concrete against, The tree is being damaged and the council will come along and chop it down as they are up and down the borough and not hold the residents of 141 accountable as the borough is lawless and nobody works at the council - as evidenced by published national data. They do not record any complaints on Enfield connected and are negligent.
