Abandoned vehicle with wrong number plates

Sent to Runnymede Borough Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7188364.

There is a large vehicle with the registration NU61 DZJ which has been parked for over a month.

Whilst the vehicle itself is not in an illegal position, the number plates do not match the vehicle (DVLA is for a similar vehicle but Orange in colour).

Updates

Water leak from pavement as you go onto the roundabout on Addlestone Rd leading to the canal road. Water gushing onto the gutter & down drain.
